When is SalesPredictor administered?
SalesPredictor is given to potential sales candidates early in the selection process. By administering the test early in the selection process, you’ll have a written profile of the candidate to assist during the interview.

Can SalesPredictor be customized to my unique business and sales model?
Absolutely! We’ll spend considerable time working with you to tailor a test that complements your unique selling model. We will ensure that managers can correctly interpret assessments results and exploit the tool for maximum effect.

In addition, we calibrate the exam through two techniques. First, a job analysis tool allows top sales executives and top performing reps to specify what they are looking for in new salespeople. Second, we will do validity checks on the current sales force, looking for the traits that make people effective in the organization.

What competencies are evaluated?
Unlike other tests on the market today, the SalesPredictor assesses key sales competencies as well as temperament. This valuable information will evaluate a potential candidate’s ability to develop new business, manage accounts, assess need, present and close.

How long does SalesPredictor take to complete?
SalesPredictor takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.

Is SalesPredictor only a pre-hire evaluation or can it be used to assess my current sales team?
SalesPredictor can also help managers coach, motivate, compensate and train their existing staff.
